This large four bedroom property was furnished by us and let to four sharers while probate went through. We marketed it for sale and achieved an above asking price to a cash buyer, while the tenants kept it occupied and tidy. The rental income meant the house was effectively sold for free.
Apartment Refurbishment on a Budget
August 2024
This one bedroom flat was comprehensively refurbished by us to a high but affordable standard and variously let to short term as well as long term tenants directly by us to achieve maximum possible rental yields.
About Simon
Simon became an accidental landlord in his early 20’s when he started managing a four bedroom apartment for a neighbour who moved out at short notice. Twenty years later and his experience has grown along with his portfolio.
We make property ownership simple in a world which is getting increasingly complicated. It’s easily done if we stay in regular contact with our tenants, do regular inspections and stay on top of maintenance and safety requirements.
